We began in a small kitchen with a handful of family recipes and a promise to do the simple things properly: honest ingredients, a careful hand, and a welcome that feels like home.
From day one, we were never “food with coffee on the side.” We set up the bakery and the coffee bar together—equal parts of the experience. Our house blend brings Arabica & Robusta coffees from Brazil and Central America, roasted in the UK for a smooth, balanced cup that stands up on its own and shines with milk.
That balance—fresh bakes, thoughtful drinks, and easy, happy service—is what we show up for every day.
We obsess over details—dough temperature, timings, roast profiles—because they add up to taste. We partner with trusted suppliers and review specs for ingredients and allergens.

We treat drinks as a pillar—not a side note. Our bar team calibrates every morning for consistency, aiming for cups that are balanced, smooth, and built to pair with our food.

Shot times, grinder settings, and milk texturing are checked through the day so your flat white at 4pm tastes as good as your first espresso at 8am.
