Allergens & Nutrition
Last updated:
1. Introduction
We aim to provide clear, accurate information so you can make informed choices. While we take steps to reduce the risk of cross‑contact, our kitchens handle multiple allergens; we therefore cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
2. Our allergen management approach
Information transparency
- Each product page lists allergens, full ingredients, and nutrition.
- Allergen declarations highlight the 14 major allergens where applicable.
- We note any "may contain" risks when relevant.
Supplier & recipe controls
- We request ingredient and allergen specs from suppliers.
- Recipe changes trigger a review and content update process.
- Labels and internal sheets are version‑controlled.

3. Cross‑contact strategy
We implement the following practices to reduce risk of cross‑contact in our kitchens:
- Dedicated prep areas and utensils where feasible; colour‑coding for high‑risk allergens.
- Hand‑washing and surface sanitation procedures between tasks.
- Separate storage for key allergens; sealed containers; clear labelling.
- Training for team members on allergen awareness and safe handling.
- Supplier controls and product checks; change control for recipes and labels.
- "May contain" warnings where cross‑contact risk cannot be mitigated.
Despite these measures, cross‑contact can occur. If your allergy is severe, please speak to our team before ordering.
4. Where to find allergen, ingredients & nutrition info
On our website, every product page includes:
- Allergen list highlighting any of the 14 major allergens present.
- Full ingredients in descending order by weight (with allergen emphasis).
- Nutrition table (per serving and/or per 100g, where applicable).
5. Nutrition information
We provide nutrition information to help you meet your dietary goals. Values are based on standard recipes and typical serving sizes and may vary due to normal variability (e.g., manual preparation, seasonal ingredients).
- Energy (kJ/kcal), fat, saturates, carbohydrates, sugars, fibre, protein, salt (sodium).
- Where relevant: caffeine content, alcohol by volume (ABV), or additional nutrients.
- Customisations/toppings can change nutrition and allergens—check the product page for options.
6. Special diets & substitutions
We identify products suitable for certain diets (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten‑free) where recipes and handling support those claims. Some items may be adjustable—see the product page for available substitutions or speak to our team in store.
7. In‑store support
Our team can help you locate allergen and nutrition information and discuss preparation practices. If you have a severe allergy, please let us know before ordering so we can advise on suitable options.
8. Recipe updates & changes
Recipes and suppliers can change. We update product pages and internal information as soon as practicable. Always check the product page on the day you order to ensure you have the most current information.
9. Important notice & disclaimer
We take steps to reduce cross‑contact, but because our kitchens handle multiple allergens, we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces. If you have a severe allergy, please consider this risk when deciding whether to order. This information is provided for guidance only and does not replace medical advice.
